Wollmer home appliances brand

Wollmer is a well-established Russian manufacturer of household and culinary devices, which emerged in the market over 5 years ago. The brand serves customers across the entire Russian Federation. The manufacturing process involves the dedicated assembly of various product groups on separate production lines, spread across multiple factories. This strategic approach ensures differentiated production tailored to each category, resulting in optimal outcomes for Wollmer.

The company offers equipment in which it is fully confident

< p >The brand ensures strict quality control throughout every stage of assembly to guarantee high standards for all of its production lines. This meticulous attention to detail helps to minimize the number of defects in each batch. Furthermore, the goods are subjected to additional checks by independent international companies specializing in quality assurance before being released to the market. Product certification is conducted in accordance with EU and EAC standards.< /p >
< p >One of the brand’s key focuses is on technical solutions, durability, and ergonomic design. To ensure a balance between price and quality, Wollmer exclusively partners with authorized online stores as its designated retailers. Additionally, all support staff at these authorized stores are required to possess comprehensive knowledge regarding Wollmer products and be able to assist customers with any related inquiries.< /p >

One of the unique attributes of the brand is the utilization of focus groups. Whenever a new Wollmer product is introduced, a panel of independent buyers is assembled. They can be selected through the Wollmer Care program or by participating in social media contests. This group is then invited to test the product, with no interference from the manufacturer. Participants learn how to construct, use, and disassemble the product on their own. Meanwhile, experts observe the process and document any difficulties encountered by the focus group. Afterwards, the participants share their impressions of the technology and highlight its strengths and weaknesses, based on their subjective opinions. These feedback notes are carefully considered by the Wollmer brand when developing their future models.

The company operates extensively across the entirety of Russia.
